Graham leads our financial services go-to-market efforts by coordinating practice resources and delivery teams through both a national and global cohort of client program accounts, ensuring that we maintain our focus to help our clients activate quickly and effectively to realize their growth agendas.
Graham’s demonstrated success is based upon his planning and execution mindset, team building and leadership skills, and his awareness to link organization, process, and technology requirements with critical business needs. Graham combines his finance, operations, compliance, and technology experience with emerging market insights to help clients optimize for efficiency and harvest data to support growth agendas while managing risk. For Graham’s client profile of global and regional banks, he has developed industry-leading commercial software and has implemented new technologies that create sustainable advantages to overcome disrupted processes and operating models.
Graham has led teams for Global 20 banking clients, spearheading numerous PMO, merger-integration, operations, and change management engagements for US and Global Operations. Graham’s teams have brought thought leadership and operational planning to solve key strategic and tactical initiatives supporting front-office businesses and within Finance, IT, Operations, Compliance, and Risk Management. More recently, Graham’s teams have focused on the development of sustainable processes and governance models to balance effectiveness of enterprise-wide risk & regulatory gap remediation mandates with efficiency in compliance and operational program execution.
Graham was a global financial services client lead spearheading data integration projects supporting Global Operations. Our teams managed the development of integrated reporting capabilities for grouping client regions and performance metrics, improving the management reporting process as well as improving the customer renewal processes for select product segments. Graham also led the development and implementation of enterprise-wide shared services capabilities for Finance, IT, & HR.
Graham led the implementation of a world-class portfolio planning and analysis solution including the establishment of user requirements, strategy planning for legacy system data migration, planning the forecasting template and scenario design, configuration, training, testing, and enterprise roll-out to a diverse client user base.
Prior to LECG, Graham led clients within Andersen’s Business Consulting practice, deploying best practice solutions in the firm’s buyers within functions supporting both Finance and Operations.
Previously, Graham was Director of Management Information Services for PREIT, a multi-asset class REIT in PA. Earlier in his career, Graham managed clients at the Bureau of Finance & Management Policy for the U.S. Department of State.
