In addition, Tracy has experience helping clients manage and address various post-transaction tax considerations, including making the proper tax elections and tax return filings; considering post-transaction legal entity planning and justification; remediating tax exposures identified in the due diligence process; and identifying and implementing cash tax savings opportunities.

Tracy has served a wide variety of clients, specifically those in the private equity, energy, and manufacturing and distribution industries.
