Chad drives value for his clients by helping them to define their future state transformation strategy, implement effective governance structures, and drive outcomes by optimizing delivery and execution. His key areas of expertise include the development of strategic transformational roadmaps, technology strategy and spend optimization, large scale legacy system modernization, business process simplification, establishing enterprise transformation offices, and leading large scale system implementations.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Chad was a Partner at IBM leading Application Innovation Services for Travel and Transportation with focus on large scale business transformation for airlines, shipping and supply chain organizations, hotels, global travel distribution companies, and railroads.
