John has extensive expertise in assisting healthcare clients with transformation in the context of M&A, performance improvement, technology modernization and ERP, and regulatory changes.

John’s consulting experience includes work with both payer and provider clients, including academic medical centers, community health systems, specialty hospitals, large physician groups, and private equity backed providers. John provides value to client by providing tailored approaches to complex transformations and driving rigorous and thoughtful planning to achieve program ROI.

Working across the payer and provider segments, John has led strategic assessment and planning, end-to-end process redesign, large-scale technology planning and deployment, post-merger integration, and payment reform readiness projects. Specific experiences include:

• Adept at leading clients through post-merger integration, including technology rationalization and consolidation planning
• Skilled leader with extensive experience leading technology transformations impacting both business and clinical operations, including nearly 10 years leading deployments ranging from Infor ERP to state-wide Health Information Exchange tools
• Extensive Managed care and Value-Based Care experiences in both payer and provider spaces; skills include readiness and planning for adoption of value-based contracts
• Skilled leader with extensive experience leading technology transformations impacting both business and clinical operations, including nearly 10 years leading deployments ranging from Infor ERP to state-wide Health Information Exchange tools
• Prior to beginning in consulting, John worked at two (2) large national health plans focusing on medical economics, provider network, claims operations, and sales support
